Common use of Moving Location Clause in Contracts

Moving Location. 29.01 In the event that the existing operations covered by this collective agreement in whole or in part are moved or otherwise transferred to another location in the GTA within 50 mile radius, the Company agrees to provide the following: 1. The right of existing employees to transfer with the jobs they normally perform; 2. Protection of seniority rights of existing employees; 3. Extension of the collective agreement to cover the new location.
