MOVING GUIDELINES. Tenant shall be responsible to pay all costs associated with moving into the Leased Premises. Tenant shall at its own expense be responsible for removal and disposal of all discarded furniture, packing boxes and materials not removed by Tenant’s moving company, immediately upon completion of move in. Any expenses incurred by Landlord for special pick-up and removal of said items shall be billed to Tenant and will be due and payable upon receipt of Landlord’s invoice. Tenant must protect all areas including but not limited to door jambs, elevator cabs, walls and railings. Tenant shall be fully and solely responsible for all costs associated with any damages to the Leased Premises and Complex or injuries to persons or to persons’ personal property resulting from the action of Tenant’s moving company and/or its employees.
