Moving between work models Clause Samples

The "Moving between work models" clause defines the terms and conditions under which an employee or contractor can transition between different modes of work, such as from remote to in-office or hybrid arrangements. It typically outlines the process for requesting a change, any notice periods required, and the approval mechanisms involved. This clause ensures both parties understand the flexibility and limitations regarding work location, helping to manage expectations and reduce disputes related to changes in work arrangements.
