Moveable Furniture and Equipment. A. All moveable furniture and equipment installed by the Tenant shall be removed at the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease provided the Tenant shall not at such time be in default under any covenant or agreement contained in this Lease; and provided that in the event of such removal, the Tenant shall repair any and all damages incurred to the Premises and/or Property caused by removal and promptly restore the Premises and/or Property to its original order and condition.
