MOVEABLE ASSETS. 2.7.1 The provisions of Part 2 of Schedule 16 shall apply in relation to the Moveable Assets. 2.7.2 Between the date of the Offer Letter and Closing, the Seller shall use its reasonable endeavours to provide to the Purchaser a list of Moveable Assets, to the extent that the list in Schedule 16 is incomplete.
