MOU REVISIONS Clause Samples
The "MOU Revisions" clause defines the process and conditions under which a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) can be amended or updated. Typically, this clause requires that any changes to the original agreement be made in writing and agreed upon by all parties involved, ensuring that modifications are formally documented and mutually accepted. Its core practical function is to maintain clarity and prevent disputes by establishing a clear, agreed-upon method for altering the terms of the MOU.
