MOU Review Sample Clauses
The MOU Review clause establishes a process for periodically evaluating the terms and effectiveness of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between parties. Typically, this involves setting specific intervals—such as annually or biannually—at which the parties will meet to discuss whether the MOU’s objectives are being met and if any amendments are necessary. By formalizing regular reviews, this clause ensures that the agreement remains relevant, up-to-date, and responsive to the evolving needs of the parties, thereby preventing misunderstandings and promoting ongoing collaboration.
