Common use of Motion Granted Clause in Contracts

Motion Granted. The Motion is granted on an interim basis as herein provided and the use of Cash Collateral is authorized for each Debtor, subject and pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in this Interim Order. Any objections to the Motion with respect to the entry of this Interim Order that have not previously been withdrawn, waived or otherwise resolved are hereby denied and overruled.
