The final order of the Court will be rendered against Pacifica in favour of each such Dissenting Securityholder and for the amount of the fair value of its Pacifica Shares and/or Pacifica Options as fixed by the Court. The Court may, in its discretion, allow a reasonable rate of interest on the amount payable to each such Dissenting Securityholder from the Effective Date until the date of payment.
