Mortgagor intent. The Mortgagor intends that the security created by this Deed, and its obligations under this Deed, will extend to any transfer, variation, increase, extension or addition of, or to, any Finance Document and/or any facility or amount made available under any Finance Document for any purpose, even if it is fundamentally different or more onerous.
