Mortgaged Property Undamaged; No Condemnation. Each Mortgaged Property (and with respect to a Cooperative Loan, the related Cooperative Project and Cooperative Unit) is undamaged by waste, vandalism, fire, hurricane, earthquake or earth movement, windstorm, flood, tornado or other casualty adversely affecting the value of such Mortgaged Property or the use for which the premises were intended, and each Mortgaged Property is in substantially the same condition it was at the time the most recent Appraised Value was obtained. There is no proceeding pending or threatened for the total or partial condemnation of any Mortgaged Property;
