Common use of Mortgage Releases Clause in Contracts

Mortgage Releases. The terms of the related Mortgage or related Mortgage Loan Documents do not provide for the release of any related Mortgaged Property from the lien of the Mortgage except (a) upon payment in full of such Mortgage Loan, (b) as required pursuant to an order of condemnation or a material casualty, or (c) in connection with a substitution of collateral within the parameters specified in the related Mortgage Loan Documents.
