Common use of Mortgage Filing Clause in Contracts

Mortgage Filing. Within thirty (30) days of acquiring any real property, the Borrower shall cause a mortgage and security agreement, substantially in the form of the Mortgage to be duly recorded as a first mortgage on all such real property and such mortgage and security agreement or other appropriate documentation shall have been duly filed, recorded or indexed as a security interest in personal property wherever the Lender shall have reasonably requested, all in accordance with applicable law, and the Borrower shall have caused satisfactory evidence thereof to be furnished to the Lender.
