More than Five (5) Years Sample Clauses

More than Five (5) Years. Employees who have maintained an employment relationship with the Company of five (5) years will receive a vacation of three (3) weeks and they shall receive for vacation pay an amount equal to six (6.0%) percent of earnings in the previous year. Progression of the above vacation schedule shall be determined by the anniversary of an employee’s date of hire. Authorized sick/medical leave and absence on Workers Compensation will be calculated as though worked for all purpose of calculating vacation pay.
