MONTHLY WORK Clause Samples

The "Monthly Work" clause defines the scope and schedule of work to be performed on a recurring monthly basis under the agreement. It typically outlines the specific tasks, deliverables, or services that must be completed each month, and may set expectations for reporting, invoicing, or review periods tied to the monthly cycle. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of ongoing obligations and helps prevent misunderstandings about the frequency and nature of the work to be performed.
MONTHLY WORK. SCHEDULE The monthly work schedule shall be posted no later than the fifteenth (15th) of the preceding month. Except as provided under Section 5.3, no changes to the schedule may be made without a two (2) week written notice. This Section applies to all twenty-four (24) hour facilities and those clinics that may have varying schedules (e.g., open late one week evening or open on Saturday). For those clinics and/or employees who have a permanent schedule, there is no need to post schedules.
MONTHLY WORK. Two (2) complete crews shall be assigned to each vessel with the workdays divided evenly during each year between the two (2) crews as nearly as practicable. Each crew will work two (2) consecutive weeks, followed by two (2) consecutive weeks off duty, with the opposite crew relieving.
