Common use of Monthly Settlement Statements Clause in Contracts

Monthly Settlement Statements. On each Settlement Report Date (commencing with the first Settlement Report Date occurring in April, 2000), the Master Servicer shall deliver to the Trustee and each Rating Agency a Monthly Settlement Statement in the Form of Exhibit C setting forth, among other things, the Loss Reserve Ratio, the Dilution Reserve Ratio, the Minimum Ratio, in each case, where applicable, with respect to the Class A Certificates and the Carrying Cost Reserve Ratio and the Servicing Reserve Ratio, each as recalculated for the next succeeding Settlement Period.

On each Settlement Report Date (commencing with the first Settlement Report Date occurring in AprilJune 11, 20002001), the Master Servicer shall deliver to the Trustee and each Rating Agency the Agent a Monthly Settlement Statement (in the Form form of Exhibit C E) setting forth, among other things, the Loss Reserve Ratio, the Dilution Reserve Ratio, the Minimum Ratio, in each case, where applicable, with respect to the Class A Certificates and the Carrying Cost Reserve Ratio and the Servicing Reserve Minimum Ratio, each as recalculated for the next succeeding Settlement Period. The Trustee shall forward a copy of each Monthly Settlement Statement to any VFC Certificateholder upon request by such VFC Certificateholder.
