Monthly Remuneration. In full consideration of the R&D Activities to be performed by the Consultant hereunder, the Company agrees to pay to the Consultant the sum of $72,000, payable in equal monthly installments of $6,000 during the Initial Term of this Agreement, and $84,000, payable in equal monthly installments of $7,000 during the Additional Term of this Agreement.

Monthly Remuneration. 2.1. Related to Monthly Remuneration

  • Remuneration The Company agrees to pay the Warrant Agent reasonable remuneration for its services as such Warrant Agent hereunder and shall, pursuant to its obligations under this Agreement, reimburse the Warrant Agent upon demand for all expenditures that the Warrant Agent may reasonably incur in the execution of its duties hereunder.

  • Monthly Salary The words “monthly salary” when used in this Agreement shall mean: (Bi-weekly pay at regular rate of pay times 26.1) divided by 12 = monthly salary

  • Servicer Compensation The Servicer shall withdraw its Servicing Fee for each Mortgage Loan net of any Month End Interest payable pursuant to Section 7.6.1 from the related Custodial P&I Account prior to the remittance of such amounts to the Certificate Account with all other payments received with respect to the Mortgage Loans.

  • Annual Fee As compensation for its activities hereunder, the Asset Representations Reviewer shall be entitled to receive an annual fee (the “Annual Fee”) with respect to each Annual Period prior to the termination of the Issuer, in an amount equal to $5,000.

  • REMUNERATION PACKAGING Where agreed between the employer and an employee, the employer may introduce remuneration packaging. The terms and conditions of such a package may make provision for a salary greater than that contained in the salary band. The package overall shall not be less favourable than the entitlements otherwise available under this Agreement on a global or overall basis and shall be subject to the following provisions:

  • Director Compensation Petitioner shall not compensate members of the Charter School’s Governing Board in excess of reasonable expenses incurred in connection with actual attendance at board meetings or with performance of duties associated therewith.

  • Base Pay The Company agrees to pay Employee gross annual compensation of $400,000 (“Base Salary”), less usual and customary withholdings, which shall be payable in arrears in accordance with the Company’s customary payroll practices.   • Annual Salary Executive's compensation shall consist of an annual base salary (the "Annual Salary") of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000), before all customary payroll deductions. The Annual Salary shall be reviewed, and shall be subject to change, by the Board of Directors of Employer (or the Compensation Committee thereof) at least annually while Executive is employed hereunder.

  • Trustee Compensation The Trustees as such shall be entitled to reasonable compensation from the Trust. They may fix the amount of their compensation. Nothing herein shall in any way prevent the employment of any Trustee for advisory, management, administrative, legal, accounting, investment banking, underwriting, brokerage, or investment dealer or other services and the payment for the same by the Trust.
