Monthly Progress Meetings. Unless otherwise agreed upon by Owner and Contractor, Monthly progress meetings shall be held on the first (1st) Tuesday after the 5th Day of each Month at the Site or at an alternate site mutually agreeable to Owner and Contractor. The Monthly progress meetings shall provide updates on the Project. The Monthly Progress Report shall be reviewed during this meeting and the following topics, at a minimum, shall be discussed:
