Contract Document Phase. The schedule shall show each phase of the Project in working days, including review times, and, if required, sub-schedules to define critical portions of schedule. The schedule shall be mutually acceptable to CONSULTANT and OWNER and, at a minimum, shall be consistent with the completion dates included in Paragraph 2.1.2.

Contract Document Phase. 2.4.1 – Contract Document Phase Based on the approved Design Development submissions, the Architect shall prepare, for approval by the Owner, Construction Documents consisting of Drawings, Specifications and other documents setting forth the requirements of the construction work necessary for the Project.
Contract Document Phase o Review the Contract Documents for general conformance with the intent of the revised and updated recommendations presented in the geotechnical condition assessment. Update of earthwork specifications to reflect post USACE site conditions. If post USACE conditions warrant the use of the crushed aggregate columns as foundation alternative, the Geotechnical Consultant wil prepare ground improvement specifications for the project.Participate in up to three (3) design development conference calls with OLIN, the Client and members of the consultant team as needed. On site meeting, or additional conference calls will be considered an additional service. o Requested Information: For this Scope of Additional Services, the geotechnical subconsultant request a current as-built site survey plan (in AutoCAD 2008) depicting the type, location and depths of al lbackfill soils that were placed during the USACE construction phase. The site survey plan should include topography, utilities and layout of the proposed site features
Contract Document Phase. The purpose of this phase is the development of the Contract Documents for the proposed space. Refer to the Milestone Schedule received at the Design Conference for all durations of submissions and work sessions. All drawings in the Construction Document Phase should be at a scale as specified below. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of the landlord for tenants whose space is sufficiently large to make drawings at this scale unwieldy. The tenant shall schedule with the Development Manager all submissions, work sessions, and meetings with the landlord relating to the review of Contract Documents. All submission and work session materials will be shipped and received in the landlord's office (1) one week prior to each meeting and will be reviewed by the Development Manager. For each submission the tenant shall submit to landlord one (1) set of full size, one (1) set of half size reproducible drawings and one (1) print set of final drawings prepared by an architect and an engineer registered in the State of California. The final submission of plans shall be wet scaled by the above noted professionals. The Contract Documents shall be in strict compliance with the Tenant Design Criteria and specifications contained herein and in Parts II-IV, the Lease, and the comments on the approved Schematic Design Plans. In addition the landlord will provide a distribution list to the tenant so that further sets of plans may be distributed as required. Each Contract Document Submission shall include the following information at a minimum:

  • Contract Documents The contract documents shall consist of the following:

  • Construction Contract If federal funds are included as part of the financing of the non-OPWC portion of the Project, federal law may prevail, including, but not limited to, application of Xxxxx Xxxxx prevailing wage rates, the Xxxxxxxx “Anti-Kickback” Act, the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, and any federal environmental regulations. Recipient is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with federal requirements applicable to its Local Subdivision Contribution. Notwithstanding the above, the following provisions apply to construction contracts under this Agreement:

  • Statement of Work The Contractor shall provide the services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of work, as set forth below:

  • Contract Schedule The information set forth in the Contract Schedule is true and correct.

  • Project Documents In addition to any other pertinent and necessary Project documents, the following documents shall be used in the development of the Project:

  • Project Plan Development of Project Plan Upon the Authorized User’s request, the Contractor must develop a Project Plan. This Project Plan may include Implementation personnel, installation timeframes, escalation procedures and an acceptance plan as appropriate for the Services requested. Specific requirements of the plan will be defined in the RFQ. In response to the RFQ, the Contractor must agree to furnish all labor and supervision necessary to successfully perform Services procured from this Lot. Project Plan Document The Contractor will provide to the Authorized User, a Project Plan that may contain the following items: • Name of the Project Manager, Contact Phone Numbers and E-Mail Address; • Names of the Project Team Members, Contact Phone Numbers and E-Mail Address; • A list of Implementation milestones based on the Authorized User’s desired installation date; • A list of responsibilities of the Authorized User during system Implementation; • A list of designated Contractor Authorized Personnel; • Escalation procedures including management personnel contact numbers; • Full and complete documentation of all Implementation work; • Samples of knowledge transfer documentation; and • When applicable, a list of all materials and supplies required to complete the Implementation described in the RFQ. Materials and Supplies Required to Complete Implementation In the event that there are items required to complete an Implementation, the Contractor may request the items be added to its Contract if the items meet the scope of the Contract. Negotiation of Final Project Plan If the Authorized User chooses to require a full Project Plan, the State further reserves the right for Authorized Users to negotiate the final Project Plan with the apparent RFQ awardee. Such negotiation must not substantively change the scope of the RFQ plan, but can alter timeframes or other incidental factors of the final Project Plan. The Authorized User will provide the Contractor a minimum of five (5) business days’ notice of the final negotiation date. The Authorized User reserves the right to move to the next responsible and responsive bidder if Contractor negotiations are unsuccessful.

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.

  • THE WORK The Work comprises the completed construction required by the Contract Documents and includes all labor necessary to produce such construction, and all materials and equipment incorporated or to be incorporated in such construction.

  • Commencement of Work Engineer shall not commence any field work under this Contract until he/she/it has obtained all required insurance and such insurance has been approved by County. As further set out below, Engineer shall not allow any subcontractor/subconsultant(s) to commence work to be performed in connection with this Contract until all required insurance has been obtained and approved and such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Approval of the insurance by County shall not relieve or decrease the liability of Engineer hereunder.

  • Scope of Work The Contractor has overall responsibility for and shall provide and furnish all materials, equipment, tools and labor as necessary or reasonably inferable to complete the Work, or any phase of the Work, in accordance with the Owner’s requirements and the terms of the Contract Documents.
