Monthly Payments of Minimum Operation, Maintenance, Power, and Replacement Component. The District shall pay to the State, on or before the first day of each month of each year, one-twelfth (1/12) of the sum of the charges to the District for the year under the minimum operation, maintenance, power, and replacement components of the Delta Water Charge and Transportation Charge, respectively, as such charges are stated pursuant to subdivision (b) of this article.
