Common use of Monthly Payment for Services Clause in Contracts

Monthly Payment for Services. For the Services rendered under this Agreement, the Company will pay to Wonder Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000.00) for the Term of this Agreement. Wonder shall provide monthly invoices for the Services rendered by Consultant during the month preceding the invoice. Payment shall be made to Wonder within ten (10) business days following the Company’s receipt of each such invoice. All invoices shall be directed to the attention of the Chief Financial Officer of the Company or his designee.
