Common use of Monthly Licence Fee Clause in Contracts

Monthly Licence Fee. 9.1. The Licensee will pay the Monthly Licence Fee in accordance with the terms set out in Schedule 1. 9.2. The Gap may review the Monthly Licence Fee at any time after the expiry of the Initial Term under clause 16 and shall give the Licensee written notice of the outcome of any such review. Any such review will take effect 30 days after receipt of such notice by the Licensee in accordance with clause 18. 9.3. If the Licensee disputes the whole or any portion of any invoice submitted to it by The Gap, the Licensee agrees to: a) Notify The Gap within 10 Business Days of receipt of the invoice of the dispute and the reasons for it; and b) Pay that portion of the invoiced amount (if any) that is not in dispute by the due date.
