Monthly Guarantee Sample Clauses

A Monthly Guarantee clause establishes a minimum payment or revenue amount that one party is assured to receive each month, regardless of actual usage or sales. Typically, this clause applies in contexts such as service agreements or licensing deals, where the provider is guaranteed a baseline income even if the client's usage falls below expectations. For example, a software vendor might require a client to pay for at least 100 user licenses per month, even if fewer are used. The core function of this clause is to provide financial predictability and security for the party receiving the guarantee, mitigating the risk of fluctuating or insufficient monthly payments.
