Monthly Forecasts. Assignee shall submit to ATI a monthly rolling order forecast before the fifteenth (15th) day of each calendar month for the six (6) calendar month period immediately following such calendar month. The rolling order forecasts for the first two (2) months of each such six (6) month period shall be deemed a firm order for the Device, and each monthly forecast shall be consistent with previous forecasts with respect to such firm orders.
