Monthly Dues Deduction. Once each month the Board shall deduct from the pay of each employee who is covered by this Agreement to whom any pay is due in that month, and who has attained one month's service, an amount equal to the regular monthly Association dues. The Association shall notify the Board in writing of the amount of such dues prior to September 1st of each year, and from time to time subsequently if the dues change. The monthly amount deducted from each employee shall be remitted to the Treasurer of the Provincial Association through direct deposit, along with a list of those employees for whom deductions were made to be sent to the Provincial Association and the Chapter, in a timely manner.

Monthly Dues Deduction. The Employer agrees to deduct regular Union membership dues once each month in the amount of $71.85 from the pay of any employee eligible for membership in the bargaining unit upon the individual employee voluntarily signing a written authorization for dues deduction. The Union will notify the Employer thirty (30) days in advance if there is in an increase to this amount. Employees will sign the Payroll Deduction Authorization Form along with a copy provided to the Employer or designee in order to receive dues check off. The Employer or designee will send an authorization form and a copy to the County Auditor's Office. Upon receipt of the proper authorization form, the Auditor will deduct Union dues from the payroll check for the pay period following the pay period in which the authorization was received and dues are deducted by the Employer. Payroll Deduction Authorization Form, Appendix C, shall be provided by the Union through the administrative assistant.
Monthly Dues Deduction. The Employer will deduct from the wages and remit to the proper officers of the Union, the regular monthly Union dues of such members who shall authorize such deductions in writing. Deductions shall be made from each pay of the employee in an amount certified by the Union. In the event an employee's pay is insufficient for the deduction, the Employer will deduct the amount from the employee's next regular pay where the amount earned is sufficient.
Monthly Dues Deduction. The Employer will deduct from each employee covered by this Agreement an amount equal to the regular monthly Union dues and assessments designated by the Union. Assessments may include remittances to the Healthcare Office and Professional Employees Local 2220 of the UBCJA.

  • Monthly Fees ACS will xxxx Customer each month during the term of this Agreement based on number of "Actions" which occurred during the prior month. The definition of "Actions" and fees for each Action will be documented in each Task Order. Customer shall cause ACS to be paid the foregoing fees on a monthly basis within thirty (30) days of ACS' delivery of an invoice for the preceding month's Actions.
