The "Monthly Data File" clause establishes the requirement for one party to provide a comprehensive data file on a monthly basis. Typically, this file contains relevant information such as transaction records, usage statistics, or other agreed-upon data points, and must be delivered in a specified format and by a set deadline each month. This clause ensures that both parties have regular, up-to-date access to essential data, facilitating accurate reporting, ongoing monitoring, and timely reconciliation of accounts or services.
Monthly Data File. On or before the Determination Date preceding each Payment Date, the Servicer shall deliver to the Calculation Agent and the Backup Servicer a data file, in a form to be agreed upon from time to time between the Calculation Agent and the Servicer, containing the information identified on Exhibit C to this Agreement with regard to the Receivables to (the “Monthly Data File”). No disbursements shall be made directly by the Servicer to a Noteholder or a Certificateholder, and the Servicer shall not be required to maintain any investor record relating to the posting of disbursements or otherwise or to prepare the Investor Report.
Monthly Data File. The Securities Administrator shall make available on the Securities Administrator's internet website a monthly loan level data file (based solely on information provided by the Servicer) containing data provided to the Securities Administrator by the Servicer, available to those who are permitted to access the website, including the Rating Agencies. Such data at a minimum shall contain the fields referenced in Exhibit U.
