Monthly Base Salary. Commencing on the “Effective Date” the Employee shall receive the monthly salary set forth in the Incorporated Terms, less ordinary payroll deductions, which salary shall be paid in accordance with the customary payroll practices of the Company, and which salary may be increased at the discretion of the Company (the “Monthly Base Salary”).
