Monthly and Other Financial Information. Genworth shall furnish to GE the intercompany information in the form and detail, and within the time periods, set forth in Schedule 4.8 and furnished by GEFA to GE prior to the Closing Date. With reasonable promptness, Genworth shall deliver to GE such additional financial and other information and data with respect to Genworth and its Subsidiaries and their business, properties, financial position, results of operations and prospects as from time to time may be reasonably requested by GE.
