Monitoring Schedule. The City monitors for compliance with HOME requirements annually. The Owner will be responsible for reporting beneficiary and rent data on each HOME Unit on HOME Monitoring Checklist 6-D (attached as Exhibit “E”) throughout each year. Additionally, on-site monitoring to inspect individual units (a minimum of 20%), review of rent and occupancy requirements, review of the lease in effect and tenant selection policies, and other items noted in this Agreement will be conducted in the first year of this Agreement, and every subsequent year.
