The Monitoring Program clause establishes the requirements and procedures for overseeing compliance with specific obligations or standards within an agreement. Monitoring Program. Owner shall prepare and submit to the Director a monitoring program that identifies the person or entity responsible for certifying the income of Qualifying Households, determining Affordable Rent, maintaining the required number of Affordable Units as set forth in Section 3.3 of this Agreement, and marketing and filling vacancies in the Affordable Units. The Affordable Units shall thereafter be marketed, leased and monitored in accordance with the monitoring program as the same may be amended from time to time with the Director's prior written approval, which approval shall not unreasonably be withheld.

Monitoring Program. All Conservation Lands will be monitored as further described in BRCP Chapter 7. The Implementing Entity will prepare and implement a comprehensive monitoring program for the Conservation Lands in accordance with the monitoring actions and schedule set forth in BRCP Chapter 7.
