Common use of Monitoring and Evaluation Clause in Contracts

Monitoring and Evaluation. A. Authorized State representatives shall have the right to monitor and evaluate the Contractor’s administrative, fiscal and program performance pursuant to this Agreement. Said monitoring and evaluation may include, but is not limited to, administrative processes, fiscal, data and procurement components. This will include policies, procedures, procurement, audits, inspections of project premises, interviews of project staff and participants, and when applicable, inspection of food preparation sites.
