Monitor Phase Clause Samples
The Monitor Phase clause establishes a period during which the progress, performance, or compliance of a party or project is actively observed and assessed. Typically, this involves regular reporting, data collection, or review meetings to ensure that agreed-upon standards or milestones are being met. By formalizing this monitoring process, the clause helps identify issues early, supports accountability, and enables timely corrective actions if necessary.
