Money Back Guarantee. If w e provide a money-back guarantee ("MBG") for your Service, it w ill begin w hen billing for your Service starts. During any applicable MBG period you may cancel the Service and receive a full refund of all monthly charges paid as w ell as any one-time charges and Equipment charges paid to Verizon (provided you return all Equipment in good w orking condition). An early termination fee w ill not apply to Service terminated w ithin a MBG period, if one is provided. A MBG, if applicable, w ill not apply if you change betw een or renew service plans. You are limited to a maximum of one MBG per Service type per Service address.
