Money Back Guarantee. If we provide a money back guarantee ("MBG") for your Service, it will begin on your Service Ready Date. During this MBG period you may cancel your Service and receive a full refund of all monthly, one-time and equipment charges paid to Verizon (provided you return all Equipment in good working condition). If you fail to return the Equipment, an unreturned Equipment fee will apply. ETFs will not apply to Service terminated within the MBG period. The MBG does not apply to customers who change between or renew bundle, monthly, term or other pricing plans. The MBG is limited to one per Subscriber per Service type per Service address.

Money Back Guarantee. Without limiting any of the provisions of Sections 13 through 16, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the Software you may return it in its original condition within 90 days of purchase for a full refund. If the store where you purchased the Software does not support this money-back guarantee, you may return the Software directly to Nova Development. Call Nova Development at the phone number listed on the back cover of your User Manual to obtain a return authorization number. Then send the Software, along with the original store receipt, to the address you are given when you call Nova Development. Nova Development cannot accept returns without prior authorization.
Money Back Guarantee. If Customer is unsatisfied with the Software, Customer can return the Software within 15 days of the purchase date and receive a refund of 100% of the license fees paid to Company. In order to qualify for this refund, Customer must: (a) return the Software within 15 days of the purchase date; (b) provide Company with a copy of Customer’s original sales receipt, credit card statement, or canceled check; (c) provide Company with complete contact information for Customer, including address, telephone number and e-mail address (if applicable); and (d) uninstall the Software from all computers on which Customer installed the Software and destroy any CDs or other devices that contain the Software.
Money Back Guarantee. If You are the original licensee of the Software and Services and are not completely satisfied with it for any reason, please make no further use of the Software and Services and contact (i) the authorized reseller that sold You the Software and Services, or (ii) the authorized reseller that sold You the device that includes the Software and Services as pre-loaded in the device, if You obtained the Software and Services as part of a device bundled offering, or (iii) Symantec Customer Service, using the contact details set out in Section 13 of this License Agreement, for information on how to obtain a refund of the amount You paid for the current Service Period (less shipping, handling, and any applicable taxes except in certain states and countries where shipping, handling and taxes are refundable) at any time during the sixty (60) day period following the date of purchase of an annual subscription, within sixty (60) days of the purchase of the automatic renewal purchase date of an annual subscription, or within thirty (30) days following the date of purchase of a monthly subscription (the “Refund”). For the avoidance of doubt, the Refund will not apply if You obtained the Software and Services from our service Provider. Furthermore, the Refund will not apply to repurchases of the same Norton product which has been previously purchased and refunded.

If the license is for a fixed term that is subject to renewal, then Licensee may obtain a refund only if the Program is returned within the first 30 days of the initial term. If Licensee downloaded the Program, Licensee should contact the party from whom Licensee obtained it for instructions on how to obtain the refund.
Money Back Guarantee. If you provide notice, in accordance with the When You Cancel provision below, that you wish to cancel within the first 30 days from each policy period effective date, we will refund the premium paid if no covered expenses have been applied to your deductible or reimbursed. If you submitted a claim during this time period, we will refund any premium in accordance with the When You Cancel section below.
Money Back Guarantee. The IPLA’s “money-back guarantee” only applies the first time Client licenses the IBM Program under this Agreement or any other valid agreement. If an IBM Program license is for a Fixed Term subject to renewal or for an initial Commitment Term, Client may obtain a refund only if Client returns the Program and its XxX within the first 30 days of this initial term. The IPLA’s “money-back guarantee” does not apply to Appliances.
