Height shall be a minimum of forty-one (41) inches with eight (8) inch cutting edge. Two (2) thirty-six (36) inch high fluorescent orange moldboard end markers. Crank-type screw jack that stows when not in use. Manufacturer's standard three (3) piece carbide tipped cutting edges.
