Modifications Required by Landlord’s Lender. If any current or prospective lender or ground lessor for the Building or the Project requests a modification of this Lease that will not increase Tenant’s cost or expense or materially and adversely change Tenant’s rights and obligations hereunder, in Tenant’s reasonable discretion, then this Lease shall be so modified and Tenant shall execute whatever documents are required by such lender or ground lessor and deliver the same to Landlord within ten (10) days after the request.
