Modifications; Extensions. Modifications and extensions within the scope of this Agreement shall be made by mutual consent of the parties to this agreement, by the issuance of a written modification, signed and dated by all parties to this agreement, prior to any changes being performed. No Party is obligated to fund any changes not properly approved in advance.
