Modifications and Replacements. Except for any Wireless Installation installed upon a decorative Structure or upon a Structure located within either a scenic or historic district, subsequent to the original Wireless Installation approved by Licensor, Licensee may, without submitting a new application, modify or replace all or a portion of the Wireless Installation so long as such modification or replacement is consistent with the criteria specified in Exhibit 2.
