Common use of Modifications; Amendment Clause in Contracts

Any alterations, variations, modifications, amendments or waivers of the provisions of this Contract shall only be valid when they have been reduced to writing, and signed by authorized representative of the City and the GRAHA and approved in writing by the Commissioner of Minnesota Management and Budget.
