Modification Terms. Subject to the satisfaction of each of the conditions precedent set forth herein and the other terms and conditions contained herein, the parties hereto agree that the terms of the modification of the Loan shall be as follows:
Modification Terms. This agreement shall not be modified in whole or in part by the parties except by an instrument in writing duly executed by the parties.
