Modification; Termination. This MOU may only be changed, modified or amended by a written instrument executed by an authorized representative of each Party. Unless extended by mutual agreement of the Parties, this MOU will automatically terminate if the Definitive Agreements are not executive and delivered by June 30, 2023.
