Modification Standards Clause Samples
The "Modification standards" clause defines the requirements and procedures for making changes to an existing agreement or contract. Typically, this clause specifies that any amendments must be made in writing and agreed upon by all parties involved, ensuring that verbal modifications or informal changes are not legally binding. By establishing clear standards for how modifications are handled, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings and disputes over unauthorized or unclear changes, thereby ensuring that all parties are aware of and consent to any alterations to the original terms.
