Modification; Revocation. Except as provided in this Section, Buyer and Seller shall not take, and shall not permit any of their Affiliates to take, any action to modify the Section 338 Forms following the execution thereof, or to modify or revoke the Section 338(h)(10) Elections following the filing of the Section 338 Forms, without the written consent of Seller and Buyer.
