Modification Restrictions Sample Clauses
The Modification Restrictions clause limits the ability of parties to alter the terms of an agreement without following specified procedures. Typically, this clause requires that any changes to the contract be made in writing and signed by all parties involved, preventing informal or unilateral amendments. By establishing clear rules for how modifications can occur, the clause ensures contractual certainty and helps avoid disputes over unauthorized or misunderstood changes.
