Common use of Modification of Collateral Clause in Contracts

Modification of Collateral. Subject to Article IX and the terms and conditions of the Series 2022-4 Collateral or any Transaction Documents, amend, modify, waive, terminate or surrender any Series 2022-4 Collateral without the consent of the Indenture Trustee or the Noteholders of a majority of the Note Balance of the Notes and notifying the Rating Agencies;

Modification of Collateral. Subject to Article IX and the terms and conditions of the Series 20222023-4 5 Collateral or any Transaction Documents, amend, modify, waive, terminate or surrender any Series 20222023-4 5 Collateral without the consent of the Indenture Trustee or the Noteholders of a majority of the Note Balance of the Notes and notifying the Rating Agencies;

Subject to Article IX and the terms and conditions of the Series 20222024-4 3 Collateral or any Transaction Documents, amend, modify, waive, terminate or surrender any Series 20222024-4 3 Collateral without the consent of the Indenture Trustee or the Noteholders of a majority of the Note Balance of the Notes and notifying the Rating Agencies;
