Common use of Modification by Unanimous Consent Clause in Contracts

Modification by Unanimous Consent. Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this Trust Agreement, the rights and obligations of the Trustee and of the Holders of the Bonds, and the terms and provisions of the Bonds and this Trust Agreement or any Supplemental Agreement, may be modified or altered in any respect with the consent of (i) the Trustee, (ii) the Holders of all of the Outstanding Bonds, and (iii) if required by Section 8.4 hereof, the County.
