Modification; Assignment. No amendment or other modification, rescission, release, or assignment of any part of this Agreement, the Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement, Module 1 – Whole Bank w/ Loss Share – P&A 38 Metro Bank of Dade County Version 2.07 Miami, Florida June 10, 2010 and the Commercial Shared-Loss Agreement shall be effective except pursuant to a written agreement subscribed by the duly authorized representatives of the parties hereto.
