Modification, Amendment, Etc. No modification or amendment of any provision of this Agreement, the Note, or any of the other Cash Management Documents shall in any event be effective unless the same shall be in writing and signed by HL UK and OGC. No waiver or consent to any departure by a party hereto of any provision of this Agreement, the Note or any of the other Cash Management Documents shall in any event be effective unless the same shall be in writing and signed by the other party and then such waiver or consent shall be effective only in the specific instance and for the specific purpose for which given. No notice or demand on a party in any case shall entitle the other party to any other or further notice or demand in the same, similar or other circumstance.
