Mobility Services. 23.1 The Customer is responsible to prudently protect and safeguard the Mobile Device (including any SIM card) against loss, abuse, theft or damage, and for the use of the Services and the Mobile Device by the Customer and any other persons. Quadro provides mobile Services using a Third-Party Provider, and the Customer may be required to sign an agreement with the Third- Party Provider.
