MOBILE DATA COMPUTERS. 27 1. As part of the law enforcement services to be provided to CITY, COUNTY 28 has provided, or will provide, mobile data computers (hereinafter called 1 “MDCs”) that are or will be mounted in patrol vehicles and motorcycles, 2 designated by COUNTY for use within CITY limits. 3 2. SHERIFF has the exclusive right to use said MDCs for law enforcement 4 services related to this Agreement. 5 3.
